~Why must the first day of school be...

The year cannot get any worse. For starters, I had to get up at 6am. The worse part begins as I had to go out to the bus-stop. Iam not complaining but it is so far. Luckily,today,I had a bike ride. Then,I had to wait for the bus which is packed like a can of sardines. The first bus went by as it was packed full. Trust mother to tell me that it will not happen? Hah!

Anyway,much to my shock,Iam a sec 4 now. I met up with friends as usual and found my class without much difficulty(Hello,we're in the same class). Speaking of classes,this year,we still get Mr Teo as form teacher because we remain in the same class. Wahh...I was so hoping to change him...He kinda bores me. Skipping past this, it was rather the same old day. There's the welcoming speech and also an introduction to the new students-in-charge woman. I hate her already. Then as usual, it was attire checking time. I was a 'goody goody' and was cleared.

We went to our new classrooms on the 4th floor and I was about to complain again when I saw that all the express classes were gathered together so all was fair. Then, Miss Everglade and I found our old seats and we received our timetable...Let's just say that I really feel like skipping school. We also had to fill out some serveys again. They do this every year...Not tired mehx>_

Our recess was now extended to 40 minutes. Not much difference considering the past year's timetable allowed 35 minutes for our break. As usual,we soon went back to class and have to hear the announcement to move us to the hall.

I dun even wan to talk about the hall. Sitting there for 2 plus hours has made me fidget alot. Even Miss Everglade was complaining about her numbness. It was as though the teachers and principal were robots. They presented stuff one after another. The only parts that made me pay attention was when there is a slide show, Mr Lim's(the 'you-dun-shut-up-I-off-the-fans' Physics teacher)lecture on the new timetable. Well, I have to use it for the whole year and so,I force myself to listen and the Statistic of our school's academic achievement. Well, I swear the junior's getting smarter. The intake of Secondary 1 pupils on the PSLE score in my time was only 200+. Now,in 2006 alone, it has risen to 221(PSLE)...What the...I may not even get in liao in future.

Then on the way back it was the good old taking the bus with Miss Winter and Miss Everglade. Hehe...Guess even though the pressures's on,some things never change. Wait, why must my house be so far from the bus-stop...NOOO.....
