Lolx..Fun In Learning?
In this week after exams- Talking about my results, I think I'll cry. Most of the subjects I never do well or I failed. So, my results should not be the focus point.
Today, as my class was going through the English Paper with Mr Osman, he decided to show us somethings he thought would interest the class.
The first slide, he showed a Maths Question: Find x (The triangle). The answe shown was the student circled "x" and drew an arrow down before writing Found it! lolx.
Another one is The Question : Expand the equation (23y+5qy) (Equation I make up) The answer...is...(laughing). Check this out..
Answer: (23y+5qy) =( 23y+5qy ) =( 23y+5qy )
and so on...
The student is not wrong in answering this question. In English Language, it does mean to make the equation "bigger". In this case, It did too!
Another one that got my attention was a Maths or Physics question ( I saw the temperature and time). The Last bit was : Why did the boss fire his worker?
The student put " Because he(worker) slept with the boss' wife"
I was laughing. That few students must have given up hope and put whatever makes sense to them. That just reminded me of pears distributed by the school yesterday as part of the "Healthy" theme. I just took it and later, gave it To Christ who helped me "settled" the pear. Please lahx the school so cheapskate one. Why is it not Durians de? I love to eat that ma.
