Graduate with...Joy...Wait..
It seems like I have not posted for a long time already. What to do when I must at least finish the last lap of coral? Actually, not only me.. most of the Secondary 4's are seldom online at all.
Finally on the 11 October, we graduated. (Claps) This is official- We have graduated. To be honest, I cannot even understand why must we hold that celebration in the afternoon. What's there to study in the morning? I was not really intersted at all. Wanted to sneak away.
Anyway, arrived at the hall only to get lost in the crowd and stared at the silver and gold star-shaped balloons in awe. Finally, after much jostling, we settled down. Only to hear speeches and thank you speeches from so many people namely, Principal, ex-head prefect and the class repersentatives. What the...
The 'Thank-you' speech by 4/10 was by far, the most innovative and fun. We were all laughing and cheering them on. Nice Rose!
Well, we also had to receive our report books. Imagine it. Mr Dennis Teo, our form teacher wasn't there. He was filled in by our chemistry teacher, Mr Chong. Oh yea. We also received a badge(are you honoured?) Right...As if the batch of 2007 would be grateful..
Mr Osman also went on about saying that we are considered to be alumi members who can serve the school. But, there were still the limits(actually, if you use your common sense, it will suffice) And really, I doubt coming back unless someone says: It's an emergency.
When I saw how badly I did for my prelims, I was a little disappointed but mostly fustrated. I worked hard on my Maths and Science and yet, these two subjects still were my downfall- Both at D7 meaning I need 2 and 5 marks to pass. How stupid was that?
Needless to say, my other subjects deproved while my Chinese Improved from a C5 to a A2...Ehh..
Anyway, As I was pondering over my results, I thought it would be better to head to the canteen since the announcement was for us to go there for food and drinks. As I went out, I was greeted by Shawn(4/2) and another boy from 4/10. They were taking pictures with Mr Osman.
Oh my god, I was dragged in. Wahhh!! And to think that morning I had just taken a photo. Now this!!
In the canteen, I basically served a very hungry feline(guess?) by loading her paper plate with some goodies. Still, she complained that I should not have threw the chicken drunstick on the plate so hard. Oh boy, Little missy!
Anyway, when we went home, we still loaded a cup with the orange juice.
Wait? So what if we had graduated? I mean, We still have to take the O levels exams what... My word.
