Let's attack the Lagoon!!
Well, I was awoken by my maid(Sharing room in pairs) before I showered and waited awhile for my parents call and then went downstairs to find the gang already sipping teh su-su/teh-o/milo. then we all dig in to Roti Prata.
Later on, we went to "JustCo" to get towels as the towels in Sunway must have cost a bundle..(Trademark and all) We were all wore "Sunway watches". No la. That is just the ticket only.. I still wonder why I not considered children de...
Once inside, we rented a locker for 3 tokens and we went to change into our swimwear and also apply sun block lotion. I had to go outside and get more sun block from the guys...(Ladies are really prissy and want to fuss over the face lols....Hints). We decided to take on the dry land rides first.
The second ride, as mum remarked, was the semi-wet ride. It was the same as Escape's lahx.. Surprise! Auntie Ber sat this out. Why de? I think the best part was seeing how Alvin fitted into the boat in between two fat uncles.. More like air cushion. I heard someone say "Subway sandwhich" after I remarked about this arrangement.
I got in in front with my mum and maid. I swear this ride, don't care even if you sat in front, you will be utterly drenched. Because, when we splashed down, it was inside a cave and of course, the water splashed on all of us because we were enclosed. Then, the higher climb was painful and we all had a good laugh later.
Why? Because, I did mention we applied sunblock right? Now, with this in mind, I say "Lubricant". And we get..(Drum roll) A frictionless surface. To those who got it correct, good shot in remembering what your teacher has taught you. So obviously, as we were lifted upwards, we were all sliding backwards...(Laughs) Until the top where we all emerge from the jaws of the snake...Oh my..
We went on many more rides afterwards. We tried to cross the "Suspension bridge" but I noticed that Bro got really scared. Of course, Dad was there to lecture him on what it takes to be a man and to move on. In the middle, they replaced the logs with metal railings to enable us a view below. Needless to say, I was hesitant as well. More importantly, uncles were all shaking the bridge. Time for a hasty retreat.
Had a few snacks before more rides.
Now, it's time to get wet. Got on alot of water rides including one which we lay on the mat and slide down. It was thrilling loads. And then, we tried the water slides. There, Auntie Forest nearly drowned but was saved by her boyfriend. Wow! We even went to the wave pool and started splashing anyone who entered the middle. I kanna also lahx... But I blur one so just took it as rain. By the way, my dad found an anklet there. It was decorated with hearts.
After changing, the brave and bold ones took to the Viking ship. Count me in! The ship was not just swaying back and forth. This one was actually hanging midair as it swing and keeps gaining momentum. It even went into 360 lehx. All of them were like "Whooo!! with arms in the air.
I was feeling giddy after the 2nd ride and rather painful due to the safety devices.
We then went back and drive around to eat. The GPS system was...not updated and so we ended eating at the nearest area. The GPS was saying "You have reached your destination" when we are at the toll booth. Huh? And before that on the way here, dad was driving at 30km/hr when it said " Please slow down" What? We all had a good laugh after Uncle Jimmy said " Maybe this road is 20km/hr"
After that, I went back to the hotel to sleep lahx..while some of the group went out to eat supper (They always seem to be hungry one)
