Scandal... open your eyes

Oh my, a recent scandal has erupted over a sensitive area as of late. The area of religion Yep. I am talking about Kong Hee and the City Harvest Church. Now I just have more of a conviction and disillusion regarding churches rather then the religion itself.

Honestly, the top issue should be, 'How can one even commit the sin when preaching as the one who represents GOD?' I can never understand mere 'blind faith' that his followers have.

Harvest City seems to have hit the spotlight as a cult that has been brainwashing all its followers into 'donations' that was actually used for another purpose. Honestly, I think this hits me harder then other scandals such as NKF.

The reason(s) are simple:

• It was such a 'sensitive' topic. How the hell can man use religion as a weapon (Al-Queda included)just for his own needs?
• All things claimed to be done in the 'Act of God' means they can get away with it?
• Personally, I have never had a religion. But anything to do with 'church' just pushes me away
• Good grief. Christians are Not ABOVE everything. (Sorry to Christians though)
• If I have no interest, it means Back Off Now. I do believe in GOD but not your 'recruiting'.
• I viewed church as a 'cult' (before the blesphemy term is tossed at me)
• Look at the 'recruiting' method. Which other religion goes around 'tempting' people to join them?
• And the best part? Gather the lost souls from another religion upon death.
• Look, My step-grandfather had this shit happen to him. He's a devout Taoist/Buddhist and then... became a Christian upon his 'eternal slumber'.
• So... you don't care if his soul is lost in a limbo do you, churches?
• The whole gathering, even with friends, just sounds scary rather then comforting to me.

I just don't like the 'faith' the followers have to such an extent it seems like 'peer pressure' should one refuse to follow.

Rich people will always become corrrupted by the 7 sins because we are only human. That's all I am saying here.

Today, I guess is the usual. The only irksome thing is my cough at night which prevented me from having a well deserved sleep.
