Opps... This poor space is getting ancient... Nahx
There's so many things to do now since the assignment rush has begun. I think I may be awarded a break around 6 May though. Argh!! 1 week to go till then.
It really takes some time to get used to how dark it gets by 5.30. Even for me... it scares me whenever I go and get my dinner and look around to see the night sky and then spot the moon in the distance surrounded by stars... Ahh... the sky is so vast.
I digress...but I really like the fact that I am able to do grocery shopping well into the twilight and really windy weathers(that nearly blew my hat off) and also the chance to go stargazing in the damn cold weather.
Had dinner at Makmak Store at TUU on the 26th April. To be able to get a taste of Asian food, Malaysian food, is like... Whaaa.... I miss it so much wor.
Grocery shopping became second nature because it is something that has to be done whenever my food stock runs low. The only thing that bugs me is that I am getting the typical auntie mentality that I must buy things when they are on discount.
Ahh... the life of a student. Oh no, I am not that harsh when it comes to my needs la. I just figured that since it costs so much, might as well just purchase the product when it is having a discount.

Student life has become:
- Getting Food on discount at Coles and Woolsworth
- Getting good Bargains at The Reject Shop
- Getting Clothing Second Hand
- Eating Expired Frozen Food
- I ate bread that is frozen and expired over a month ago...
- Having to revise what was being taught
- Assignments la. What else?
Ahh... I really miss the weather back home but at least, I get to see the leaves changing colour firsthand here.
Sometimes, I stop to think about my choice in life.
During which, I will look at the residential area with headphones blasting music into my ears, my left hand pulling the trolley laden with groceries and my right hand in the pink, fleece jacket.
I would just smile like an idiot as the trees, swaying in the wind, whipping up the fallen leaves on the street.
With my messy hair whipping across my face, I will just trudge on, occasionally glancing back as though I am waiting... for something...
But what?
LMAO... I feel so stupid for writing that now... I guess autumn stirs my heart somehow...
