Idiotic law saga
Oh lord, how long has it been old friend, since I am here?
Sorry, I really felt like there comes a point in time whenI am losing my own desire to even share about events that happened.
This spark of re-connection is only because I realized my own foolishness at not expressing my opinions.
Well, I have been up to slack more ever since I left the first company. I found that clearly I am not the office worker type so I ended up helping at my mum's franchise store.
Hey! I have been working, ok? Don't make it sound as though I am also slacking at this job.
The most happening thing I can recall with great anger is that of a trivial issue that is really wtf man.
I mean, seriously? Impatience is the root of all stupidity.
So my mum hired an ex-employee called ML. Please, she's a middle-aged woman who works part time(Not a chio-bu). Then, she resigned (not even fired) and that's when all the 'fun' begun.
It appears that ML has an 'amazing' son who studies law and demanded for his mother's pay cheque as though afraid his mother has gotten conned by us.
Well, I'll admit that its the employer's fault to withhold the pay after 7 days with the staff leaving (says MOM but other companies sometimes withhold the pay until months later please). However, what irked me is that this 'law student' is so bloody dense and 欠扁 kind.
I mean, I PERSONALLY mailed the mountain of cheques (in my defense, don't you do all the bills at month end? And also, the shop got busy with less people to handle) which included ML's pay.
The night, we received a call from ML's son who demanded we pay back the salary. Afterwards, there was a barrage of messages between us and him being all high and mighty with the lines of 'I study law one you know? Don't threaten us'.
In the message, he threatened to report us to MOM and then the police and then MOM again. WTF is his problem? A law student who also gives no name is pretty shady too. If he's the future lawyer, we are so f*ed man.
The mighty law student who claims to hail from SMU even came down tp the shop to demand that we issue another cheque despite us saying to wait for a few more days. It escalated into a scene where we made a police report and even had patrolling officers to diffuse the situation.
No, what pissed me off was this guy, who rushed into his mother's defense, called me, who also rushed to my parent's defense, aBITCH!
Oh hell no, you have the balls to retreat after scolding me that and expect nothing to go down? I immediately yelled (without expletives) "What you just call me?" while my parents also rushed in enraged.
My mum pushed ML aside and exclaimed "好家教" (What good up-bringing) loudly and really sarcastically.
What kind of mother allows her son to scold a random girl that and gets away with that?
Even better, ML's son was also a 3rd party in the entire affair and he has the RIGHTS to call me a BITCH while I am also a 3rd party who rushed in?
What a pathetic and loser of a guy to flee and insult a girl so. Any reasonable man would not insult a girl not known to them as a BITCH unless they are aware of her antics. Excuse me law student, who the hell are you to insult me? Thank god I am not the kind who backs down without a fight.
ML's son was so sickening that he could even say ass-licking words to the police like "I appreciate you being here. It means alot to me." (Can I puke or not? Lines worthy of an Oscar. Dude, wrong career choice)
In short, ML and her son has basically intended to sue us for labor rights and defamation (LMAO). I think, no, confirm that her 'bright' son will be crushed before becoming a lawyer because:
Honestly, I wanted him to sue the defamation suit so we will have many lawsuits all against this 'law student'.I am so sadistic that I even want to crush his future and that of ML's hope and not sparing his elder brother as well (evil aura).
And the main 'victim' ML was so pathetic and a 'fantastic' (urgh) worker that so many issues were feasible with the stock, pricing and even the leaving of a worker. This kind of 小人 also have... She is so awesome that she even made a deal with the boss of the clothing store opposite us just to spite us for allowing this 'super' staff to resign (Another facepalm).
I would 'love' to see her working in this level after causing so much hoo-ha.
Isn't this entire episode laughable? He just refuse to wait, well, dragging SMU down was a stupid decision because even a police officer was shaking his head when reading the messages.
And you think I will be talking about the PAP's successful win in the GE2015 election? Nah, that's nothing compared to this joke. Honestly, about that, I thought of voting for the underdog but it just turned out to be the total opposite... Joke sia my intuition.

- With the way the message is phrased, he should be observant enough to gather that more then 1 person is aware of the message so why is this idiot so stunned when I voice out?
- Indication that he's not the only law student around when I tossed out phrases like "the common man".
- His message indicated "I don't care about your stinking money". Sure... then why the continuation? (Facepalm)
