Jumbling them up at a go
So many things have been happening and I am either too lazy to update, I forget the details or just having no time to update.
Anyway, the main update dates back to a week ago. We still do NOT have a maid. OMG la. Not that I am complaining since I can pretty much have something to do for this break. Besides, the employment agency also, say the earliest we can get is a 3 working days later and now, it's been a week plus with no maid. Empty promises...
Another main incident to highlight is that because we do not have a maid, we have to do the housework. On theat particular day, I had been instructed to clean and mop the floor while having caught the flu virus. And PE teachers were always saying something like, "When you catch a cold, don't ever exercise," Haa~ I do the reverse all the time.
The main point was the washing machine broke down. Despite mum and my valiant and tired (we were both cleaning and simultaneously rushing to the kitchen to check on the washing machine) efforts, the washing machine refused to spin and leaked water.
It simply means the machine is fizzled at last. Cannot blame it ba. It has served the house for like 5 years? Products from China, LOLS. Even a solid good hit on it by dad (who came back later in the evening) cannot make it work.
So, in time, we enlisted the help of our aunt (姑姑) 's maids to wash our clothes while we source for a new one at Courts in Tampines. Dad wanted the LG one while mum the F&P one. To be honest, I was still stuck with the flu virus and wasn't in the best of moods as Auntir Forrest and Uncle Jimmy came to meet us for dessert.
Which reminded me that ) but after a game of badminton on the 14th April and headed over to our 老地方 in Bedok to have dinner when we called over Uncle Jimmy and Uncle Jerry. Then in the midst of the meal, mum and dad met up with friends. So while they kept chatting away, we all merely keep eating.
Yesterday on the 17th April, went over to Courts after some careful considerations on the washing machine (no surprises for getting which one~ Mum's wanted brand). Thereafter, headed over to Singapore Expo to look at the dining tables. Dad got so pissed at the service staff who kept going back on her word that we left for the next expo hall.
Initially, I thought there was nothing of interest until we came to the 'Designer Bags' area. Most of the bags there I rummaged through were from Kate Spade. I was nonchalantly looking through the bags and came to eye a certain one (not going to post since I lazy to take pictures). But of course, the price remains amazing as well. Branded is really...
Yet mum says it's a steal.
Hooray!! I got something out of shopping. At night, we headed over to our Aunt's house to gather the laundry and to eat dinner and chocolates and desserts.
And really, what the hell is wrong with my body? Not being able to rest properly one. Shit.
