Wait, why on earth a Marimo?

And I am blogging like 2 times in a row! Hooray for me! The main thing today just happens to be for my criminal law paper in which I think, I would not fare very well at all. Well, whatever comes comes la.

Right now when once more I am supposed to be studying I happen to be blogging. Not very motivated huh? 

Well, anyway, I went for the dinner dressed like a maid. I mean when you turn 21 you would never be caught dead in a blouse and jeans ba. Well, sorry to disappoint those who expected me to wear skirt at least ba. Haha, I am Auntie Vivi lol.

Moving on to the ultimate dinner and ta-dah. Appearently went to dine at some fine class dining area.

I was glad to meet my relatives, at least the closer ones but honestly, I still flinch and just do weird actions whenever a bouquet is presented to me from my aunt. Seriously, 我的想法太像个男孩 lol. I still feel like I should be on the giving end of the bouquet and not the receiving end. Opps.

On with the show:

 Wow! We were personally serviced too..Lols...

The menu of eats... the only nice thing in my opinion, belonging to to the dessert area.

 

The appetizer before the meal... the yam shreds was delicious!

The suckling pig's crispy skin...

The broth that was nice and the Chinese bacon/ham that was too salty for me.

The crab! It was nice but limited in its flesh for a carnivorous me!

Finally, Foie Gras (pronounced without the s said Uncle Dickson) ie, goose liver anyone? It's served with a side of abalone.

Oh... it's the fish!!!

The health drink with more then 5 ingredients. Verdict? Too sour for me sia...

Salted duck cooked in a traditional way... well, that is what the menu says.

I am not mincing my words here. The claypot rice is really damn dry and to begin with, I hate this dish because of the chinese sasuage and no other ingredients. Dots.

My favourite one because it is warm but really, nice, cheesy flavout filling your mouth. I wasnted to have seconds of this too. This is the longest dish I took to finish. Why? Well...

Then today, on the 20th February, I met dear Mon-mon at Whitesands. She passed me this weird thing as a present....:

Now I have a pet plant from Japan too? The gift is really one of the more amazing and weird one sia. Thanks Mon. I doubt can spill the water lol. Keep all the hints on about wanting to go Japan some more.
