I miss the convenience of Singapore...
So exhausted even though I have been getting sufficient rest, I think. That aside, it really is crazy when It is so near the deadline and you discover you still have tons of assignments to work through. (With one annoying one because of the need to perform calculations).
Then yesterday, on the 6th September 2013, i went with 顾客爷爷 (LMAOS to the names I make up) to watch a movie after spending most of the day in the library working on Air Freight Assignment.
The movie was 'White House Down' and until the opening of the movie, I had no idea what I was watching lols. I was just, '不是恐怖片就好了'. Lols... It's been awhile since I saw any action packed movie.
Throughout the movie, I found humor in that the movie appoints like 2 Presidents in a span of 2 hours or so lols. This is plain dumb lols. I also found the best humor in a president actually having to use his 'toys' (I mean the god damn weapons of destruction-guns) to fight for his life. I wonder if we would ever see such a President without always relying on bodyguards so much.
Well, after the movie, we went to McDonald's (you have no idea how difficult it is to get there without a damn car). Well, I was just having supper but I ended up getting a 'Happy Meal' Lmao... 爷爷 seriously thinks I am his grandchild some more. WTF dude? (Laughing no stop).
So yea, I get a Happy Meal... Dude... What on earth...
And then today, I went to do my grocery as per usual and on the return trip when i am laden with shopping goods, I noticed cosplayers, well, technically, nobody wears a striking red clothing like Inuyasha's character, lmao.
I was just looking at them while lugging back the groceries and noticed a rather passable Miku and a horrible Misty. God, I miss Asian cosplays so much right now.
And I think I should be updating more often but... Nah... I guess we'll see lols. Stress is on for the final leg of my assignments again. Looking back, it will really make one wonder how does one actually work through the stress.
I mean not just now but back then in Secondary school for O levels and polytechnic for the finals every damn time. It's like, it'll work out somehow or rather.
God, walking around to the nearest shop here is like, an amazing walk for 15 minutes. It's so freaking stupid that there is no convenience stall in the school for emergencies. Nothing, not even a 7-11 shop. It's like you need to get a car or your legs out to town just for every damn thing.
Ironically, the school should have more canteens set up lols. It's so well, limited that really, you have nowhere else to go. So that is how students learn to cook? Because really, we don't have a choice in this.
