'O' Level Oral Exams
My exam today was on... Grandparents. The passage already stated what Grandparents are useful for- A handy babysitter... Yea right. So far, the toughest and longest word was.. sympathatically..
Then the pictures...had 3 grandmothers talking to each other in a neighbourhood, in the open space by the pavement. Along with their grandchildren lols.
I was only asked 3 questions(namely, one for the picture and 2 for conversation) by 2 female teachers- One of them asked the question with some accent while the other wore pink blouse and had glasses merely nodded and smiled. Oh yea, she also requested me to speak softer..Huh?(And they say we have to speak up?)
The conversation question was, "Which member of your family were you closer to from young?" and "What are the advantages and disadvantages of living near your parents?"
Overall, I could handle it...but I may go out of point.
The best entertainment there was given by Shawn and Jia Ming. Those two, especially Jia Ming could annoy(and amuse) us all. Somehow or rather, they managed to get Mr Osman's stack of Oral topics. I saw the picture of the 'Opening presents' and took it out. I read the passage as practice.
