Diploma Plus is for..?

Anyhow, yesterday on the 2nd of July, After all my lessons(I think is about 6 hours) ended, we still had to report to LT 51 to listen to this program on 'Diploma Plus' and about us being the 'pioneer batch' to start the ball rolling.

Seriously, as if we had to be the 'lab rats' for this whole thing(mutters undertone: There was the new shuttle bus and all). I don't really mind though, if it actually means I get to study something not in the engineering section.

This program is opened to the SOE(School of engineering- I am not sure on the other schools though. I may need to find out) For now, we start off with 4 modules:

1. ALGEBRA, TRIGONOMETRY & ANALYSIS


2. FUNDAMENTALS OF CUSTOMER SERVICES


3. INTRODUCTION TO FREIGHT FORWARDING


4. ELECTRONIC COMMERCE

Lols... Not good choices at all. In the end, I pick only 2 and 3. The first one is on Maths le. The probability of me getting in is -0.000000000001. Why on earth would people want to analyze subjects anyway?

Anyway, I didn't even know why I came for lessons today. In COMT, I was wearing a jacket and doing some survey- Seriously like I'll be hosting to foreign students.

IAC was no different-It was boring. The planning sheet asked, "Background infomation on my topic" which happens to be "Materialism". In the end, I brainstormed up, "So that parents can gain insight into the teenager's mind" Only that when my team mate presented it, the lecturer went, "That is a good perspective."

Then, went for lunch at Canteen 2, near the Sport's Complex. There, I met up with quite a few of my classmates along the way. Lols, whilst eating, a girl happened to be queueing and my word was she skinny.(Ok. I know I dun really ahve to say that la)

What got me about this girl was not her skinny frame but her revealing clothing. Her black top(If you could call it that) was showing off her back(It was like just strings running over her back) Seriously!

The best part is that she was also wearing a pair of mini skirts which happened to show off her skinny legs which, a girl I happened to be eating with commented, "Her thighs are no different from her legs" To which, even I nodded because I had seen her almost skeletal arms.

I wonder what's there to show off when you practically have no 'assets'? Maybe I am way too conservative but seriously, I think that this is a school and not some fashion runway for you to model yourself.

Mind you, I am not against wearing almost nothing but at least know your limits ma.

Moving on, right now, I am updating my blog in a Year 2 or 3's classroom(How I know? Well, Quality Management is not taught until at least next year)

And all I know is that this module also requires a PBL1..

Anyhow, I met SL leaders Seabass and Eh... Elephant(I think). Asked if I remembered them, I went, "No..." Lols... (D-uh, like I really forget) and Seabass went, "Wahh! Even Clive and Lay Peng remember me leh. I think this one qian zhou one."

Sianz... I really don't have much luck in Applied Statistics. Although, I understand theory again...

Anyway, alot has been happening and all... Wahhh
