Well, a whole lot of blunders
Lol, as the title suggests, I have been making too many blunders one after another but then again, I always try again and again right?
And so for today, I changed my pony tail style because it was 'covering my face'. I tied it up in another hairstyle but I was like, "I look so strange." (I guess mainly due to the fact that I no longer tie my hair often anymore) Wahh... Too scary de.
I really hate it when it comes to the lunch timing. Don't get me wrong, I am totally fine with the clearing of dishes and serving part. It's the order taking part which literally kills me. I mean, I also don't want to take orders on main food and make blunders but honestly, when it's a full house and more guests are pouring in, what do you expect?
D-uh (rolls eyes), I screwed up la.
And Vi went, "Darling, have you remembered the drinks with whipped cream on it?" and my reaction was, "Sort of."
Anyway, here's the long list that I tried to recall(without looking):
All Frappes- Mighty Joe Young, Chocolate Tango
Chocolate Afflogato
Latte Mocha, Ice Latte Mocha
Peanut Coffee
Roca Almondo, Caramellio Almondo
Matchazuki Latte
Rose Juliet
Ice Kefello Latte
Alcohol section- Swiss Kiss, O'Countrieu, Rome Coffee, Irish Coffee Frappe, Frosty Baileys, Choco Rumming (Those under 18, Don't even think about it)
Zest de Oreo, Berry Oreo
Minty Mocha
Sometimes, it really pays to crap sia. A lady guest was checking out the cakes and asked me, "Which one is the most popular cake? I'll have that." Like, all the cakes are ok la. Popular? I never knew how to judge man. Wrong service crew. Instead, I just selected the "Rasp and Roll" since I saw many guests ordering it before and the lady followed my recommendation. Diaos.
Luckily, this time round, when the guest ordered the Frappes, they all added, "No/A little bit Whipped cream" One lady ordered the Berry Oreo and requested "Not too sweet". Later on, as the order was printed, Paul, the perplexed Bartender went, "How to make a not-so-sweet Berry Oreo?"
Oho! Polina or Cartoon, as I call her, came over from the neighbouring Robinson's branch to work. Lols, she's fun to tease.
Did I also mention that I saw Monica aka The Big Boss on Monday? She was there having a meeting with Hafeez.
I am going insane. Because, today, I learnt from Vi the difference between Edenic Salmon and Banana Salmon Exotica (No bananas la. It's the curry sauce) ie; mashed pumpkin vs mashed potatos, the gravy and the garnishing.
What the hell... Salmon Exotica also has a medium well and well done? I am being reminded of steak at first la. No wonder I make all the blunders. Then what on earth is the difference between Linguine and Lasagna? Apparently, the garnishing on top (To me anyway). Anyhow, Lasagna is also flat Spaghetti. That's what they all tell me.
Ok. For the Sandwhich section, the chicken and mushroom sandwich also comes in Wholemeal or Walnut Roll... Help me sia.
I get to go off an hour earlier. I was damn tired that i was listening to the radio with my head leaning against the wall and closing my eyes. When I managed to open them again, I almost forgotten that I was on the MRT. It was so comfortable. This ride is really nothing considering the fact that Ngee Ann Poly is much further away.
So, I finally bought some bubble tea. Time to chill out desu!
