What a coincidence...
2 Presentations and the ASTAts retest today. And it's only the starting of poly life for us.
First up, Let's start off with the first presentation, EIS module- PBL2's Final slides.We were next in line, Lazy Mr Lee Egg tart wanted the class to present in alphabetical order. We were group B. After 20 minutes, Team A's not even started the presentation because Huay Leng's not arrived yet. Mr Egg tart, seemingly irritated, pointed out the irony and that happens to be that Huay Leng's the Presenter of Team A.
So, we went ahead first so as not to waste time. In the end, just 2 members present already have taken up 20 minutes. This was also due to the fact that we also had to present and demo to Mr Egg tart on the MS Navision. As we were unprepared, we had to refer to the slides to proceed.
When it was my turn, I did the usual and had alot of help from Clive and Wei Lin. They were basically on the computer for the demonstration while all I had to do was to present. Kelly asked me a question by which I was stumped and Mr Eggtart will undoubtedly will lower my score. But she was so sweet to send a massage to apologise for the difficult of the question even though, I don't really blame her.
One down, one to go. Wait. Intermission time. Let's head for my retest shall we?
For the retest, I was kind of resigned to it and did not even picked up notes to revise for the paper. But in the end, I somehow managed to do most of it and was told that I could pass the paper. My eyes were saying, "Seriously?"
And finally, time for presentation on BIZCA project. Everlyn and I were the last group to present and therefore, not only do we have ample time to do the solver again, Everlyn still had time to chat with Mister what's-cha-name again.
Therefore, our last presentation was over within 5 minutes as Faith Tay was also tired already. Da Jie also barged in and was rather shocked at first but, realising that we had finished our presentation, she was like, "Ok. I came to look for a friend"
And as for the make-up lessons for ASTATS, I understood what lecturer said but apply it to the questions? No way.
On the MRT, I must really have been tired. I actually closed my eyes, listening to music and then, forcing myself to wake up. My body must really be sleeping.
Then, I alighted at Simei rather drowsily until I felt someone tapping my shoulders. I whipped around to find my mum. What...timing.
Then, had to wait for Bus 5. All this time, I was lamenting on the fact that I suddenly wanted to take up a CCA all because I was bored and on my own impulse. Mum kept reminding on my studies first and I was like, "I get your point."
Finally, I watch the Hong Kong Drama of CSI. I must say, I am learning a lot just by watching this show dubbed in Cantonese with Chinese subtitles. Although, I still have little ideas to some of the more profound Chinese words, I can roughly guess through the plot of it all. That's why I love Police dramas minus all the love part, I acquire a lot of knowledge after it.
